However, please note that our warranty does not cover damages caused by:

❌ Accidental Breakage After Installation – Any damage occurring due to external forces post-installation is not covered.

• ✅ Custom Headstones (Size, Color, or Design): For personalized designs, the full production, shipping, and installation process takes 3 to 6 months.
• ✅ Expedited Service: If you require a faster turnaround, we offer an expedited service that guarantees installation within 3 months for an additional 20% fee.
Regardless of the headstone price or customization, we deliver our products nationwide across the U.S. We will keep you updated on the shipping progress throughout the process.
Shipping Protection & Damage Policy
