Refund and Returns Policy

At Remembrance Capstone, we are committed to ensuring the complete satisfaction of every client and guaranteeing that we meet all your requirements. We take great care to ensure that each order is completed to the highest standards and only begin production once all details are fully agreed upon with you and the order is 100% confirmed.

General Terms

1. We will not begin work until every aspect of your order is fully approved. This includes selecting materials, sizes, colors, text, images, engravings, and any other custom requests.
 2. Once you confirm your order, refunds are no longer possible, as we initiate the production process using materials specifically prepared for your order.

Refund Policy for Retail Clients

• Before Order Confirmation: If you decide to cancel your order before final confirmation, we can issue a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. This fee covers administrative and preparatory costs incurred before production begins.
 • After Order Confirmation: After you confirm all order details (color, size, text, images, and other specifications), a refund is no longer possible, as the order is passed into production and created to meet your specific requirements.
Refund Policy for Wholesale Clients
 • Before Final Order Confirmation: After placing an order and providing us with all necessary details, including sizes, colors, and additional requests (such as engraving, lettering, portrait engraving), you may cancel the order and receive a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. This option is available before production begins.
 • After Confirmation of All Details: Within 10 days of providing all details, if the order has been confirmed and approved, a refund is no longer possible, as we begin work according to all custom requests and specifications.
Important Note
 • We begin work only after fully agreeing with you on all aspects of the order. This ensures that the final product fully meets your expectations and prevents any misunderstandings.
 • Responsibility for Errors: If you make an error in specifying order details and do not catch it before confirming the order, a refund or free replacement of the completed work will not be possible. Please review all details carefully before giving final approval.
 • If the error is due to our mistake, we take full responsibility and will cover all costs to correct the error, including free replacement or adjustment of the order, to fully satisfy your expectations.
