We collect the information you choose to give us — such as your name, email address, phone number, cemetery details and the wording or artwork for your memorial — when you request a quote, contact us (including through our Facebook Page in Messenger) or place an order. We also collect basic, non-identifying analytics data (such as pages viewed) to improve the website.

We use your information to prepare quotes, design and produce your memorial, arrange delivery and installation, process payments, and respond to your questions. We may contact you about your order or quote by phone, email or text.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted partners who help us operate — for example payment processors, delivery and installation crews, and our parent company H Memorial Group — and only as needed to fulfill your order or as required by law.

Facebook Messenger
When you message our Facebook Page, Meta shares with us the content of your messages, your Page-scoped ID (an identifier Meta assigns to you for our Page) and your first and last name. We use this information only to answer your questions and to process your quotes and orders. It is stored in our customer management system together with your conversation history and is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising. We keep it as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements.
Deleting your Messenger data
To ask us to delete the information we received through Facebook Messenger, send a message to our Page or email us at compliance@hmemorialgroup.com with the subject “Delete my Facebook data”. Within 30 days we will delete your Messenger messages, your Page-scoped ID and the name we received from Meta, and confirm by reply. Records we must keep by law (for example, invoices for completed orders) are kept without Messenger data.
