These Terms of Service govern your use of the Remembrance Headstones website and the purchase of our granite memorials and related services. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Quotes & orders
Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for the period stated on the quote. An order is confirmed once you approve the design and we receive your deposit or payment. All custom memorials are produced to the specifications you approve, so please review your 3D design proof carefully before approval.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We offer 0% financing and price-match options as described on our Offers page. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order.
Custom products
Because each memorial is custom-made to your approved design, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun, except where a product is defective or differs materially from the approved proof. Natural granite color and grain may vary slightly from photographs and proofs.
Delivery & installation
We deliver and install nationwide and coordinate cemetery permits and foundation work. Installation timelines depend on cemetery scheduling and local regulations, which are outside our direct control.
